Can I customize the courses to my organization's needs?

We understand there is no "one size fits all" option with safety education. With our Smart Notes feature, you can add content to a course for learners to see. Content can include text, images, video, links, documents, and more. There is also an optional read ackowledgment you can turn on to require learners ackowledge reviewing the information before they can take the course.

What if we make some of our courses in-house?

Best practices in healthcare are ever-evolving. For over 30 years, HealthStream has partnered with organizations at every level of content creation to reduce the burden of mandatory training and distribute excellent quality education, tailored to your existing program and initiatives.

How long does it take to onboard with SafetyQ?

The time it takes to onboard with HealthStream SafetyQ varies based on several factors, including availability of your internal team members. On average, our implementation timeline is 2-3 weeks.

Are courses updated when regulations change or are added?

Yes, as regulations evolve, so does our courseware. We have a team of individuals who monitor the regulations for updates or additions. We distribute a newsletter that announces any regulatory changes, as well as any courses impacted by those regulatory changes.

What grade level are your courses written at?

Courses follow the Flesch-Kincaid model for learning and are written at a 5th grade level.
